COVID-19 Coronavirus update

We would like to assure all Evolvi users of our commitment to delivering an ongoing service during the recent challenges that have arisen, as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. Our priority is to protect the welfare of all colleagues and our clients. 

In response to the potential spread of Covid-19 Evolvi have put measures in place to ensure we best prepared to continue to maintain service levels to our clients. Evolvi are taking all recommended precautions including advice from the NHS, UK Government, and the wider Capita Group, as well as pro-actively doing everything we can to minimise risk. 

Actions we have already taken: 

  1. Reviewed our Business Continuity Plan to ensure it is robust and fit for purpose
  2. Provided all Evolvi staff with the means to work remotely
  3. Minimised risk by postponing all business travel abroad and limiting UK travel to essential journeys
  4. Capita's COVID-19 planning group meets daily bringing together experts, including Group's Senior Medical Office, from across our business to monitor and respond to the evolving situation 

Evolvi has regular ongoing meetings for management to review the current situation, and take further action as required

As this is a very dynamic situation, we will continue to provide our users, clients and suppliers with updates on any additional measures that we put in place regarding this changing situation.

Evolvi Advisory Notice

Evolvi is advising any visitors to its stand during the recent Business Travel Show in London (26-27 February 20) who were given a multi-adaptor charger for mobile phones not to use them. A few of the adapters have been shown to overheat, so would anyone in receipt of one of these units (about 90 were given out) please dispose of it safely.  Read more
