Any tickets that qualify for a Fee Free Refund will need to be submitted via the Evolvi Refund Manager to the Travel Agents Refund Service (TARS) having been batched in the normal manner. Any that are not submitted this way may result in a delay to your refund being received once accepted by TARS.
For up-to-date information on the strike, please advise all travellers to check either the National Rail website or the website of the relevant Train Operating Company before attempting to travel.
