Enhancing the rail booking experience with new accessibility and bike reservation features
We're pleased to announce the launch of two important new capabilities designed to improve the rail booking experience for both travellers and travel management companies. The latest update introduces integrated bike reservations and wheelchair reservations within the Evolvi platform, providing greater convenience, accessibility and choice when booking rail travel.
The new functionality enables travellers to reserve bike spaces as part of the normal booking process, while wheelchair users can now request wheelchair and companion spaces directly within the booking journey. These enhancements help streamline the reservation process and make rail travel more accessible for a wider range of passengers.
Alongside these new features, Evolvi has also revealed a refreshed version of its web application, delivering a modernised user experience while retaining any customised branding used by travel management companies. Looking ahead, Evolvi is also developing eTicket+, a new fulfilment option that will offer additional flexibility and make refund requests for unused eTickets simpler and more efficient.
