Evolvi Rail NPS Survey Shows High Customer Satisfaction

We're proud to announce the results if our Customer Satisfaction NPS survey. This comes at the end of a highly productive year in which the business has delivered seat maps, international rail functionality and high-cost savings through our split ticketing product.

The survey results included:

  • Thinking about your most recent experience with the Evolvi support team, how would you rate the service you received? = Satisfaction score of 99%
  • Please tell us how satisfied you are with Evolvi’s most recent new functionality such as split-ticketing and seat maps = Satisfaction score of 95%
  • How satisfied are you with the reliability of the Evolvi system? = Satisfaction score of 100%
  • How satisfied you are with the overall service and support that you receive from Evolvi? = Satisfaction score of 100%
  • How likely are you torecommend/promote Evolvi's service to your colleagues? = NPS Score of 85
  • Please provide a star-rating for the service we have provided? = Star Rating of 4.7/5
